How to have your data removed.

DGDH OS builds and runs autonomous AI agent systems for businesses, including agents that connect to Meta platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business. This page explains what that means for your data and how to have it deleted, in line with GDPR Article 17 and Meta’s own data deletion requirements for platform apps.

What

What we process through Meta-connected services.

Only where a customer workspace has connected a Meta account to a DGDH OS product (for example DGDH Ads, or a content or messaging agent). We do not process Meta data outside of a connected workspace, and we do not buy or enrich Meta data from third parties.

Meta account profile data

Basic profile information (name, page or account ID) returned by the Meta Graph API when a workspace connects an account.

Page and ad account content

Content and performance data (posts, campaigns, audiences, conversion events) the connected account gives us access to, used only to run the product the workspace connected it to.

Message metadata

Where a workspace connects WhatsApp Business or Messenger, metadata needed to route and log a conversation. We do not read message content beyond what the connected agent needs to reply.

Legal basis

Why you can ask, and why we must comply.

Two separate obligations lead to the same result. Under GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure) you can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, and we must comply unless a legal exception applies. Separately, Meta requires every app on its platform to offer a public data deletion mechanism for anyone whose data the app has received through Meta — this page, and the process below, is that mechanism.

How

Two ways to request deletion.

Email request

Mail us with your name and the Meta account, page, or phone number connected to the workspace. We reply and confirm deletion within one month, as required by the GDPR — sooner where possible. [email protected].

Disconnect in the workspace

If you are the workspace owner, disconnecting the Meta account in DGDH Ads (or the relevant product) revokes and deletes the access token immediately. Underlying data collected while connected is deleted on the same request.

After deletion

What actually gets removed.

We delete the Meta-sourced data described above from our systems and confirm this to you in writing. Two exceptions: data we are legally required to retain (for example invoicing records, kept for the statutory Dutch tax retention period of 7 years) is retained but no longer used for any other purpose, and data already shared with a connected workspace under its own instruction is that workspace’s responsibility as controller — see the roles section on the privacy page.
