The system problem
A website that produces visitors but no usable picture of what those visitors do, and a business that has to guess what is working.
Architecture
A website and a measurement layer designed as one thing, with dashboards for the three groups that need different answers: administration, operations and marketing.

How it connects
Behaviour on the site becomes data in the same model the dashboards read, so a question about marketing and a question about operations are answered from one source.
